This Wednesday goes to the lovely Dakota Johnson , again. She literally puts on one banging outfit after another after another.
I loved this tuxedo inspired outfit she wore by Dior because it was unique. The all black made it sophisticated and elegant, yet the off the shoulder design made it feminine and noticeable. She kept it simple with classic black pumps and handbag, and pinned up hair to accent the shoulders.
Dakota looked absolutely fabulous for a fashion week newbie; shes heading towards becoming one of my favorites.
This Man Crush Monday goes to this babe, Jamie Dornan. This Irish hunk is slaying Hollywood ever since Fifty Shades, and he damn well knows how to wear a suit.
So I have been away from my computer for the past week due to my vacation to Orlando, Florida! Taking a break from all this snow in Virginia was much needed, and my sun kissed tan was definitely a plus!
My most favorite part of this trip was being by my best friend of ten years’ side as she got proposed to by her boyfriend in front of Cinderella’s castle in Magic Kingdom. It was just close friends that went, and it was a very sweet, simple, and intimate proposal. The night ended with us all watching the fireworks and buying ice cream to celebrate.
Sometimes its just the small moments, like seeing the joy in her face, that matter the most!
Who remembers the legendary Brooke Penelope Davis?! I was reading an article online about how more women should aspire to be more like her, and I thought, damn that is so true.
Ever since the first episode of One Tree Hill, I wanted to be just like Brooke Davis. She was confident but still caring. She had all the boys, she was class president, and she was freaking gorgeous. Did I forget to mention she started her own clothing line Clothes Over Bros when she just in high school, and it became a million dollar company? She accomplished my ideal life!
Even though she is just a character, she shows young girls everywhere that if you want something and you want it badly, you can be that one in a million. As long as you always stay grounded, humble, and focused ♥
“Brooke Davis will change the world someday, and I’m not sure she even knows it”.
Holy Pineapples! This is another huge trend I’ve been seeing. I’ve seen pineapples on vans, on shorts, on dresses…everywhere! But I have to admit that I’m feeling it.
These shorts for example are a fun way to incorporate the pineapple print without having it be too over the top. It has a boho vibe to it and I like that they kept the color palette neutral. For my vibrant people, I have also seen clothing with the bright yellow pineapples on it, so it all comes down to your personal style.
This trend is just in time for summer, which I wish would hurry up already!
I really need to find this shirt! This is perfect for walking down the boardwalk in Virginia Beach! Beach girl all day everyday ♥
Sooooooo my new thing would have to be these cute ankle boots! I’ve been seeing them everywhere and I have fallen in love people! I really like them in brown too more than I like the black.
I think these are so versatile and the perfect option when you don’t feel like wearing knee high boots. They look great with skinny jeans, but they also compliment a really cute sundress with a cardigan over it.
I have seen them in stores like Charlotte Russe and Love Culture at cheap prices. Go get a pair! I definitely will!
I know the Oscars are all about the biggest movies, but it is also about the biggest fashions! Dakota Johnson SLAYS the red carpet with this one shouldered, red, Saint Laurent dress.
She showed up with her mom Melanie Griffith, who by the way looked just as amazing! I love the silver embellishment of Dakota’s dress and red is really her color 😉
This Fifty Shades star has really been impressing me with all her dresses.
